Job Description:

A company is looking for a Telephony Engineer.
Key Responsibilities

Administer, develop, configure, implement, and maintain IP telephony infrastructure and dialers
Establish and implement standards for IP telephony according to best practices
Manage telephony environment efficiency and coordinate system upgrades

Required Qualifications

H.S. Diploma/GED
2 years' experience with Telephony systems (PBX, VOIP, IP)
Able to complete required training programs and certification as assigned
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
