Job Description:
A company is looking for a Tech Lead to drive technology
projects and deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define
and prioritize engineering projects
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers, enhancing
team productivity
Lead the design and development of scalable technical solutions
while promoting best practices
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related
field
Minimum of 7 years of Full Stack engineering experience
3+ years of leadership experience, including mentorship and process
improvement
Experience with diverse technology stacks and Agile
methodologies
Prior consulting experience preferred
