About the Role:
As a CBRE Facilities Coordinator, you will work with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure that facility tasks and work orders are complete.

This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans.
What You'll Do:

  • Work with landlords, tenants, and service providers to make sure they implement and recognize all procedures, policies, and reporting formats.
  • Acknowledge all client inquiries and collect work orders.
  • Collect information reports to find out performance and progress status.
  • File work orders, proposals, department files, and other paperwork submitted by vendors.
  • Monitor activities that happen outside the building, such as proper waste disposal and recycling.
  • Follow instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions.
  • Respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors.
  • Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
  • Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
  • Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.

    What You'll Need:

    • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

    • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Minimum of two years of related experience and/or training.
    • Capabilty to understand and interpret instructions and correspondence, with the confidence to ask questions to ensure comprehension.
    • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
    • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/ or supervisor.
    • Ability to effectively present information to an internal colleagues.
    • Basic analytical abilities and knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.
    • Capability to comprehend and execute general instructions and solve problems in common situations.
    • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word and Outlook.
    • Physical requirements include stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs and ladders and the ability to lift and carry heavy loads of 40 lbs. or more.
    • Decision making ability with a general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve goals and deadlines.
    • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

      Massachusetts Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Facilities Coordinator position is $50,000 annually, and the maximum salary for the Facilities Coordinator position is $65,000 annually.
