A company is looking for a Talent Partner Manager (Technical Recruiting).
Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand hiring needs
Lead recruitment strategies for critical roles, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
Leverage data to improve recruitment strategies and manage special projects related to talent acquisition

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Eight years of recruiting, sourcing, or account management experience; minimum of three years in technical recruiting required
Experience in creating and implementing data-driven recruiting strategies for rapid-growth organizations
Proficiency in using ATS, CRM, and other recruitment tools
Ability to analyze and interpret recruitment metrics and data
