Job Description:
A company is looking for a Human Resources (HR) Analyst
(part-time).
Key Responsibilities
Perform ongoing HRIS system audits to ensure data accuracy and
integrity
Provide support for onboarding and offboarding processes, including
pre-hire tasks and reference checks
Assist with planning and coordinating corporate events to enhance
employee engagement
Required Qualifications
HR experience at a generalist or assistant level with a fundamental
understanding of employment laws
Strong technical skills, particularly with data entry and HR
software systems
Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing
priorities
Experience in HR data management and auditing
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to delivering HR
services
