  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales training programs to equip the sales team with the necessary skills and knowledge to compete in the market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and determine the most effective training methods.
  • Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and job aids.
  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars to deliver sales training programs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure flawless execution.
  • Develop and support other Commercial Trainings such as Advanced Sales Training and Regional Director Training
  • Aligned with Internal Partners and Marketing\r\r
