vibrant veterinary hospitals across Massachusetts.Massachusetts
Veterinary Referral Hospital (Woburn, MA)Bulger Veterinary Hospital
(Lawrence, MA)Port City Veterinary Referral Hospital (Portsmouth,
NH)Boston West Veterinary Emergency & Specialty (Natick, MA)As a
pivotal member of our team, you will directly impact our company by

the best talent in the industry.--This position is in-person,
requiring regular travel between hospitals with approximately 15%

regulations.Key Responsibilities:Empowerment and Support: Serve as
the go-to HR resource for employees and managers, fostering an
inclusive culture, and addressing workplace concerns promptly and
effectively.Strategic Collaboration: Partner with HR Centers of
Excellence (COEs) to implement HR programs seamlessly, ensuring
effective communication and anticipating challenges.Employee
Relations: Proactively manage and resolve complex employee
relations issues, providing guidance, conducting investigations,
and collaborating with HR Business Partners and legal counsel as
needed.Performance Enhancement: Coach leaders through performance
concerns, facilitate performance reviews, and ensure fair and
equitable treatment across all levels.Compliance and Analytics:
Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations while
leveraging data and analytics to drive meaningful insights and
strategies.Compensation:$85k - $95k pending experience and skill
set.Qualifications:Experience and Education: Bachelor's degree + 2
years as a Generalist. If no Bachelor's degree, then--5 years in
HR/Generalist role.Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office
applications and HRIS systems; Ceridian experience is
advantageous.Proactive Problem Solver: Navigate ambiguity with
ease, handling multiple tasks, and prioritizing effectively.HR
Expertise: Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and
employment laws, with a knack for navigating ambiguous
situations.Empathetic Leader: Exhibit strong interpersonal skills
and emotional intelligence, fostering trust and collaboration
