  • 24 bed medical/surgical telemetry floor.
  • Adult and geriatric population
  • admit patients from the ER, cardiac cath lab, EP lab as well as transfers out of the ICU and SDU
  • nurse to patient ratio - days 4/5, eves 4/5, nights 6
  • must be able to read telemetry
  • must have Epic experience
  • we use Pyxis for medication dispensing
  • orientation 2-3 shifts (1 shift will be housekeeping -IDs, epic test out, online education) COVID Vaccines Booster and 2024-2025 flu vaccine required at time of submission (declinations not accepted).
