Commuting Requirement: Eligible candidates must be willing to
commute to Randstad's client location 4 times per week.
Objective:
This position provides dedicated support of existing customers to
ensure customer satisfaction and development of strategic
initiatives for Randstad's Life Science Industry. This position
will drive revenue growth within targeted accounts and will work
with the Account Owner to ensure communication and strategy with
each customer is consistent throughout the organization. This
pivotal role assumes all responsibility for executing against goals
and identifying opportunities for new revenue streams to sustain
and grow business. This position is responsible for managing all
aspects of the sales delivery cycle and lead generation process, so
as to maintain and develop sales of the organization's services to
prospects and customers Subject matter expert; specific sales role;

-Responsibilities:
- Client relationship as needed to develop sales - proactively
developing and managing existing relationships with a diverse
client mix
- Develop a working knowledge of the client's business and
provide customer expertise for others in the organization
- Sell client personnel on organization capabilities and present
and promote specific organization candidates
- Develop relationships with all functional area leaders and
provide solutions through all service offerings both staff
augmentation and SOW GP/Revenue -Responsibility:
