Job Summary:
The Project Manager will collaborate closely with the Enterprise
Integrated Marketing (EIM) team to drive the successful execution
and delivery of marketing initiatives across multiple business
units, including Enterprise, Business Insurance, Bond & Specialty
Insurance, and Personal Insurance Marketing. This role is crucial
to ensuring seamless integration within the EIM team, driving
successful end-to-end execution and delivery of medium-to-high
complexity projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within
budget, and meet the highest quality standards.
The Project Manager has intermediate-level project management
skills, enabling them to lead a diverse portfolio of projects from
initiation through to completion. With limited supervision, this
role will oversee all aspects of project planning, resource
coordination, risk management, and cross-functional team alignment,
ensuring the successful execution of integrated marketing
initiatives across all channels, including creative, digital,
print, video, media, and more. This role is ideal for an
experienced project manager who thrives in a fast-paced marketing
environment and is eager to drive the successful execution of
impactful marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership & Execution:
Lead day-to-day project management for a variety of marketing
initiatives, ensuring seamless communication and integration
between EIM team members, cross-functional teams, and
stakeholders.
Manage day-to-day execution and delivery of integrated marketing
projects across all channels, including creative, web, email,
social, print, and video.
Drive the progress of medium to high complexity marketing
initiatives from initiation through completion.
Responsible for the development and management of project plans in
close partnership with partners and stakeholders.
Develop and manage detailed program plans and project timelines for
marketing initiatives.
Ensure clear objectives, deliverables, and deadlines are
established and adhered to.
Manage resources effectively to meet project timelines, ensuring
that all marketing initiatives are delivered on time and according
to established quality standards.
Hold team members accountable for assigned tasks and ensure
marketing projects are completed on time.
Proactively identify potential risks or challenges to project
success and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to anticipate,
assess, and mitigate risk.
Escalate issues as necessary to leadership and drive solutions to
keep projects on track.
Cross-Functional Collaboration &Stakeholder Alignment:
Drive alignment across cross-functional teams, ensuring all project
requirements, expectations, and objectives are clearly understood
and met.
Communicate project deliverables and priorities to cross-functional
stakeholders to gain their support and required resources.
Keep key stakeholders apprised of project status and progress,
gaining overall alignment.
Maintain open lines of communication to ensure all parties are
informed of updates, changes, or potential roadblocks.
Provide regular updates to Channel Leads and Working teams on the
status of projects, including timelines, status, and key
milestones.
Foster a collaborative working environment within the EIM team and
with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of
projects.
Lead regular project meetings to ensure progress and address any
emerging issues.
Required Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within a
marketing or advertising environment. 2 years of project management
experience required.
Intermediate-level project management skills, including experience
managing multiple, concurrent projects.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex
project schedules and coordinate cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of creative development, digital marketing,
omnichannel planning, and program management.
Experience with digital marketing platforms, including email
marketing, social media, and digital advertising.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability
to clearly articulate project goals and progress to a variety of
stakeholders.
Experience with project management software/tools (e.g., Asana,
Monday.com, Workfront is the preferred platform.
Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with
limited supervision.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing
challenges.
A keen eye for detail, ensuring that all marketing initiatives are
of the highest quality.
Professional maturity and ability to work effectively in a
fast-paced environment.
High School diploma or equivalent.
