US Client Delivery Manager

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Client Delivery Manager to lead successful implementations of their platform in the North American region.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee project governance disciplines and processes to ensure transparency, efficiency, and risk management
Develop, track, and manage comprehensive project plans to coordinate delivery efforts across multiple workstreams
Lead projects, mitigate risks, and take full ownership of project success

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in a project management role within the market data industry
Familiarity with capital markets and the role of exchanges and market data vendors
Proven leadership experience, including issue and conflict resolution
Formal project management qualifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are advantageous but not required
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
