Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Community Manager to lead and
mentor their community management team across multiple game
titles.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and support a team of Community Managers
Develop and implement community strategies that drive player
engagement and loyalty
Analyze community health metrics and adjust strategies to improve
engagement and retention
Required Qualifications
6+ years in Community Management, with at least 3 years in a
leadership role
Proven experience leading and mentoring community management
teams
Strong understanding of community engagement strategies across
various platforms
Ability to influence product and marketing strategies based on
community feedback
Strong experience in tracking and analyzing community metrics
